We wanted everyone to be aware of a delay in processing of claims in the system. We recently uncovered a data issue and we’ve been working diligently with IABD to resolve the issue. As of 5/24, we believe the issue has been corrected and we are completing our audit and review process. We believe that processing of your claims will resume on 5/29.
